• Managing all type of online market research projects including B2B, Consumer and Healthcare.
• Experience of running Full-service market research projects with In-depth knowledge of Forsta (decipher), Confirm IT and such survey programming platforms and managing data checks and crosstabs.
• Ensuring final data is free of any errors and the matches all quality expectations.
• Communicating effectively with clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensuring good quality data is being delivered on all projects
• Managing external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Troubleshooting project issues before they impact client delivery or timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in the market research.
• Hands-on experience of Full-Service (FS)
• Experience in handling teams, allocating tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end quantitative project.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tools Decipher.
• Excellent communication and client management. Should be able to lead client calls independently.
• Coordination with data processing, sampling, programming team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring quality at deliverables at each stage in liaison with data quality team.

Job Description:

• Executing online data collection projects
• Communicating effectively with the clients & other stakeholders during the project life cycle to ensure timely completion of projects
• Vendors Management & liaising with other internal departments to successfully deliver all assignments
• Meeting project margin requirements along with other sampling metrices
• Ensuring client satisfaction scores are above desired benchmarks

Education:

• Master’s degree
• Open to 24*7 work culture
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Creative problem-solving abilities

Package-

• Package will be 5 CTC P.A + Leave Benefits + Gratuity + Mediclaim Insurance.
• (Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 5 LPA CTC after confirmation)

*There will be 1.6 year of bond that needs to be signed by the selected candidates.
