- Experience of running Full-service market research projects with In-depth knowledge of Forsta (decipher), Confirm IT and such survey programming platforms and managing data checks and crosstabs.
- Ensuring final data is free of any errors and the matches all quality expectations.
- Communicating effectively with clients throughout project lifecycle.

- Executing online data collection projects
- Communicating effectively with the clients & other stakeholders during the project life cycle to ensure timely completion of projects
- Vendors Management & liaising with other internal departments to successfully deliver all assignments
- Meeting project margin requirements along with other sampling metrices
- Ensuring client satisfaction scores are above desired benchmarks
Education:
- Masters/bachelor’s degree
