Our respondents are well-looked after and loyal, which also leads to better quality results for our clients About The Role: We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 8+ years’ market research experience including 3+ years as Sales Director or equivalent working for an online panel company. This smart and talented individual will prospect for and onboard new clients, also develop existing clients in the assigned region. To meet the requirements, you must be a veteran in pre-sales, prospecting, and hunting and farming in your region. You will be directly reporting to David Winter, MD for Europe and will be supported in your work by our Sales Support, Operations and Marketing Teams to help clients to meet their research objectives Job Summary:
  • Prospecting and selling to clients: generating new prospect leads, qualifying prospects and converting accounts
  • Representing IRB:
    • by phone, email, in face-to-face meetings and in other business communication
    • as an ambassador with strong business ethics, at conferences and industry events: we have attended MR conferences for many years and in 2022 started exhibiting too
  • Devising and executing strategic plans for long-term account growth
  • Responding to bids and information requested by clients, adding valuable services and recommendations for best possible project results as appropriate
