One of our most powerful methods of maintaining the quality of our panel is continuous re-profiling. Panel members are profiled via multiple, detailed questionnaires when they are recruited. But the profiles are not static; they are continuously updated. At IRB, we have implemented an ongoing re-profiling process that keeps profiles up to date so the quality of data remains high, even if panel members transition to new or different areas of expertise.
